Sales tool wise: any video conferencing platform works. I sell copiers which has always been face-to-face until now. 

Personally, I prefer video as I can do more meetings and get more done in a day. 

The drawback will be that it takes longer to develop the relationships and trust.

What helped me a lot was some personal, humble backgrounds during the conversation. Such as, not wearing any formal business attire. Having my dog just be in the camera shot or an interesting poster behind me. Never doing "better" then my prospect - not complaining, but just being okay.

Video, for sure! Then Docusign, if you want to be optimistic, and document collaboration tools, where you both (or more then two people) can work on the same document and feel that they're a part of the process. (Helps with developing relationships  and trust, too.)
